Skillet Turkey Lasagna(Serves 4)

  1. Brown turkey with onions in a nonstick 10-inch skillet.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water.
  3. Then add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, the other 1/4 cup water, the seasonings and Parmesan, the Ricotta and the noodles.
  4. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  5. Sometimes, I add mushrooms or chopped green pepper. Approximately 330 calories per serving.
