Hamburger Pie

• 1 lb. ground round
• 2 Tbsp. oil
• 2 onions, chopped
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 (3 1/2 to 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 bouillon cube
• 2 to 3 drops Kitchen Bouquet
• 2 c. Bisquick
• 1 c. milk
• 1 c. dairy sour cream
• 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese or more

1. Cook ground meat and onions in oil (about 5 minutes).
2. Add next 4 ingredients.
3. Stir in flour.
4. Add 1 cup water and bouillon cube; bring to boil.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add Kitchen Bouquet. Pour in baking dish.
7. Prepare Bisquick mix using milk.
8. Spoon on top of mixture; spread lightly.
9. Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes. Add sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
10. Bake until cheese melts.
