Hamburger Pie
- 1 lb. ground round
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 to 3 drops Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese or more
- Cook ground meat and onions in oil (about 5 minutes).
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- Stir in flour.
- Add 1 cup water and bouillon cube; bring to boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add Kitchen Bouquet. Pour in baking dish.
- Prepare Bisquick mix using milk.
- Spoon on top of mixture; spread lightly.
- Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes. Add sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.
