Megan'S Taco Dip
- 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packets taco seasoning or 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- lettuce, chopped
- cheddar cheese
- green onion
- black olives, sliced
- roma tomato, diced
- tortilla chips
- Cook ground beef, drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water to meat, heat through.
- While meat is cooking, mix together refried beans and cream cheese, heat in microwave.
- Spread beans on the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
- Spread seasoned beef over the beans.
- Spread sour cream over beef.
- Sprinkle cilantro on sour cream.
- Top with desired amounts of lettuce ,cheese, tomatoes, green onion and olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
