Krispie Krunchies
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- few grains salt
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- Cream margarine.
- Blend in sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
- Put in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- (A larger pan may be used for thinner bars.)
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Remove from oven.
- Spread marshmallows on top of hot mixture.
- Return to oven for 3 minutes.
- Cool.
- Melt and blend chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Add Rice Krispies.
- Spread on top.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
