Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 6 to 8 lasagna noodles
- 8 oz. c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 jars Ragu chunky sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown hamburger and onion in skillet over low heat. Lay 3 to 4 lasagna noodles on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour drained hamburger and onion over noodles. Spread sour cream over hamburger; cover with Ragu, then a layer of Swiss cheese and Mozzarella cheese, using half of each. Begin another layer of noodles, meat, sauce and cheeses, adding Parmesan cheese. The second layer has no sour cream. Be sure to cover all noodles with sauce and cheese. Add additional sauce to cover top completely. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let set before serving.
