Microwave Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Slice tops off peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Stand peppers up in a 9-inch square microwave safe dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine onion, cracker crumbs, ketchup, garlic salt, thyme, Italian seasoning and red pepper.
  4. Add ground meat and mix well.
  5. Stuff peppers with meat mixture, dividing evenly.
  6. Pour tomatoes or Ro-Tel with their juices around peppers.
  7. Cover tightly with microwave safe plastic wrap.
