Lobster Fra Diavolo(My Personal Favorite)

  1. Wash
  2. and
  3. clean
  4. lobster.
  5. Remove
  6. stomach
  7. sack
  8. and reserve tomally, if
  9. desired.
  10. In large saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until tender but not brown.
  11. Add tomato sauce and
  12. tomatoes;
  13. stir
  14. well, squashing tomatoes slightly. Add the rest of
  15. the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
  16. Add lobster to cooking
  17. sauce
  18. and
  19. cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over linguine,
  20. cooked according to package directions. Makes 4 servings.
