Tangy Cheese & Pasta Bake

  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan, 1 egg, 1 cup cheddar cheese, prepared mustard, milk, butter, and salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta.
  5. Spread into a 9 inch square baking dish, top with remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees F for about one hour, or until set.
