White Chocolate Key Lime Pie

  1. Mix ingredients together in a 9-inch pie plate until evenly combined.
  2. Press evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before filling.
  4. Melt together cream and chocolate chips in a small saucepan set over low heat.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, lime zest and juice.
  6. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
