Nutritious Oatmeal Cookies

  1. In a mixing bowl combine brown sugar, eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Stir into batter.
  5. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and raisins. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove immediately.
  9. Yields 3 1/2 or 4 dozen.
