Blueberry Rainbow Salad

  1. Slice 2 large strawberries and reserve.
  2. Combine whole strawberries and 1/2 of the blueberries; spoon into glass serving dish.
  3. Layer melon balls on top of strawberry mixture.
  4. Top with remaining blueberries.
  5. Blend orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and chopped mint in a small bowl; pour over fruit.
  6. Arrange kiwi and sliced strawberries on top.
  7. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Garnish with grapes and mint sprigs, if desired.
  9. Serves 12.
