Lasagna Burritos

  1. Brown meat and drain well.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Simmer until thickened (few minutes).
  3. Stir in refried beans. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture over each noodle.
  4. Sprinkle each noodle lightly with Cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll up noodles carefully, so filling does not ooze out.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup taco sauce in microwavable dish before adding lasagna.
  7. Arrange seam side down in a prepared dish.
  8. Top with remaining taco sauce.
  9. Cover with vented plastic wrap.
  10. Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes (rotate dish after 4 minutes).
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  12. Cover about 5 minutes and let stand until cheese has melted, but still looks shredded.
