Crab Puffs
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Healthy Choice fat-free Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. green onion (including tops), chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. dry Butter Buds
- 1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. Egg Beaters
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
- Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.
- Reduce heat.
- Gradually add flour.
- Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
- Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.
- When smooth, add crab mixture.
- Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Reduce to 350u0b0 and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).
- Serves 48.
