Crab Puffs

  1. Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Gradually add flour.
  5. Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
  6. Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.
  8. When smooth, add crab mixture.
  9. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  11. Reduce to 350u0b0 and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).
  12. Serves 48.
