Chocolate Brownie Pie
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- ice cream (any flavor)
- Regal Chocolate Sauce
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Microwave chocolate and margarine in large, microwavable bowl on High for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- Stir in flour and nuts.
- Spread in greased and floured 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Do not overbake.
- Cool in pie plate.
- Serve with ice cream and regal Chocolate Sauce. Makes 8 servings.
