Fire House Fowl(Better Known As Pigs And Chickens)

  1. Cube the potatoes 1 inch square, slice green peppers lengthwise.
  2. Slice the large onion lengthwise.
  3. Dice the garlic and mix in a large bowl along with the peppers, potatoes, onion, oregano, basil and olive oil.
  4. When well mixed, place in a large roasting pan.
  5. Place the chicken and sausage evenly over the vegetables.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. At 45 minutes, uncover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes more or until chicken and sausage brown.
  8. Serves 6 to 8 firemen!
