Low - Fat Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well (except for green olives and sweet pickles).
  3. After you mix, if desired, add either sweet pickles (which is my favorite, or green olives).
  4. Mold into oval loaf, and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Add extra ketchup if desired and bake another 1/2 hour.
