Taco Pie

  1. Grease 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  3. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium low heat, stirring to crumble until brown.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in seasoning mix.
  6. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with chiles.
  7. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer).
  8. Pour into pie plate.
  9. Bake 25 minutes.
  10. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until knife inserted to center somes out clean.
  12. Cool 5 minutes.
  13. Serve with sour cream (optional), tomatoes, shredded lettuce.
  14. Makes 6 servings.
