Noodle Casserole

  1. Brown steak in butter.
  2. Add small amount of water.
  3. Simmer until tender.
  4. Add small amount of water to onion and celery. Cook until nearly tender.
  5. Cook noodles until tender, drain, rinse and drain.
  6. Combine meat, onion, celery, noodles, seasoning, soup and water.
  7. More water may be added, if mixture seems too thick as it bakes.
  8. Pour into greased casserole.
  9. Cover with cheese, bread crumbs and butter.
  10. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  11. Remove lid; bake 15 minutes longer.
  12. Serves 8.
