Company Chicken
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cans tuna
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 or 4 tsp. curry powder to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- Simmer soups and milk to blend.
- Combine water and seasonings; add to soup mixture.
- Add onions and mushrooms.
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or this recipe will make 2 (2-quart) casseroles.
- Lay spaghetti, then pour blended liquids over.
- Add tuna and almonds.
- Swirl through spaghetti.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Serves 12.
