Chicken Salad Stuffed Pitas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbles
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 center-cut bacon, slices cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (6 inch) whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese and pepper.

- In a medium bowl, stir together lettuce, chicken, bacon, celery and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the sour cream/mayonnaise dressing over the chicken mixture; toss gently to coat. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each pita half. Serve immediately.
