One-Dish Spicy Ground Turkey And Squash

  1. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet or wok, adding cumin, chili powder, black pepper (to taste), and diced chipotles while cooking. Add chopped squash and saute on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, until squash is slightly tender. Add mushrooms and diced tomatoes/chilies, stir, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, stir, and simmer until flavors are blended and squash is tender. Serve over 1 Celsius rice, preferably brown, or pasta.
