Sauce A La Bari

  1. Simmer olive oil in large saucepot with 2 cloves garlic and 1 tablespoon onion.
  2. Meanwhile, brown sausage and pork on both sides. Pour all cans (tomatoes, puree and paste) into the large pot that contains the garlic and onion.
  3. Add 1 cup water and the sugar to the tomato sauce.
  4. Add sausage and pork to sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
