Chili-Cheese Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Bring cheeses to room temperature. Combine crumbs and margarine in an 8-inch square pan.
  3. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan, forming a crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.
  5. Reduce oven heat to 250u0b0.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, blend cheeses at medium speed.
  7. Add cayenne and garlic.
  8. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in chilies and onion.
  9. Pour into prepared crust and bake 1 hour until set.
  10. Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
  11. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
  12. Makes 64 bite sized appetizers.
