Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Set seasoning mixture aside.
  3. Use a glass casserole.
  4. Layer 1/3 of potatoes in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 of seasoning over potatoes.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes and seasonings; end with potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  8. Combine whipping cream and water.
  9. Pour over potatoes.
  10. Cover with foil.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
  12. Let stand before serving for 10 minutes.
  13. Serves 6 to 8 guests.
  14. Very good.
