Sugar-Free Banana Split Cake
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 packets Sweet 'N Low
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. whipped cream, sweetened with Sweet 'N Low
- approximately 3 sliced bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- whipped cream
- Mix first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of 9 x 11-inch pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Cool.
- Beat next 3 ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon over cooled crust. Top with sliced bananas, pineapple and mixed vanilla pudding. Spread over bananas and pineapple.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Can add nuts and cherries on top.
