Spicy Chicken With Broccoli

  1. Cut chicken into 2 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Toss with cornstarch, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Boil broccoli 1 minute.
  4. Drain and rinse in cold water immediately.
  5. Cut onions diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Heat wok or skillet until very hot.
  7. Add oil and spread around.
  8. Add red pepper, garlic, sugar and ginger; stir-fry 10 seconds.
  9. Add chicken and stir-fry until white.
  10. Add broccoli and onion; stir-fry until broccoli is hot.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
