Carmelitas

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Reserve 1 cup.
  3. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Top with nuts and chocolate pieces.
  7. Mix caramel topping and 1/4 cup flour until smooth.
  8. Drizzle over chocolate pieces to within 1/4-inch of edges.
  9. Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Cool completely.
