Taco Pie

• 1 deep-dish pie shell
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• 1 can refried beans
• 1 jar taco sauce
• 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• crushed tortilla chips
• shredded lettuce
• tomato

1. Preheat cookie sheet in oven to 400u0b0.
2. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes.
3. Prick bottom and sides of pie crust.
4. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350u0b0.
5. Brown meat and onion; drain fat.
6. Add taco seasoning mix to meat according to package directions.
7. Mix beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce; mix well.
8. Layer half of refried beans mixture in bottom of pie crust.
9. Top with seasoned meat, 1/2 cheese and tortilla chips.
10. Repeat layers.
11. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes.
12. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, olives, etc.
