Saucy Chicken Manicotti
- 6 manicotti shells
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
- 1 1/2 oz. envelope cheese sauce mix
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Cook manicotti shells 15 to 20 minutes.
- Combine water and onions for 5 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add onions, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add cooked chicken. Stuff shells.
- Prepare cheese sauce mix according to package and pour over shells.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
- May serve with extra cheese sauce.
