Icebox Fruit Cake

  1. Put all ingredients in dishpan so you can mix good.
  2. After mixing real good, put in greased tube pan that the bottom comes out.
  3. Press cake in pan.
  4. Put cake in refrigerator for about 12 hours.
  5. Remove from pan.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. I use a thin knife to run around edge of cake to help get it out easier.
  8. If you have any left over, this freezes well.
  9. Slice and wrap separate.
  10. You can take out one slice at a time, if you like.
