Icebox Fruit Cake
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 1 box dark raisins
- 1 box light raisins
- 1 lb. pecan nuts, chopped
- 1 lb. English walnuts, chopped
- 1 small container candied green cherries, chopped
- 1 small container red candied cherries, chopped
- 1 large container candied fruit (mixed)
- 1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, melted
- Put all ingredients in dishpan so you can mix good.
- After mixing real good, put in greased tube pan that the bottom comes out.
- Press cake in pan.
- Put cake in refrigerator for about 12 hours.
- Remove from pan.
- Store in refrigerator.
- I use a thin knife to run around edge of cake to help get it out easier.
- If you have any left over, this freezes well.
- Slice and wrap separate.
- You can take out one slice at a time, if you like.
