Dirt Cake
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo or Hydrox)
- 1 (8 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (4-serving size) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- Crush cookies in a large plastic bag, using a rolling pin. Cream together the butter, cheese and sugar.
- In another bowl, cream together the milk, pudding mix and whipped topping.
- Combine the 2 mixtures.
- Mix well.
- Fill clean flowerpot, ceramic pot or 13 x 9-inch dish with alternate layers of crumbs and pudding mixture, beginning and ending with crumbs.
- Freeze or refrigerate.
- Place a few gummy worms on top before serving and place plastic flowers in the middle.
- Great for Christmas parties.
