Choco-Dot Pumpkin Cake

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices and sugar.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, vegetable oil and All-Bran cereal; mix well.
  4. Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing only until combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts.
  6. Spread evenly in ungreased 10 x 4-inch tube pan.
  7. Bake in moderate oven (350u0b0) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before removing from pan.
  9. Place on cake plate.
  10. Can be eaten plain or with a confectioners sugar glaze.
  11. Makes 12 servings.
