Peppy Clam Shells

  1. In medium skillet, cook onion, celery and green pepper in 4 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown.
  2. Stir in flour, cheese and seasonings.
  3. Add 1/4 cup cracker crumbs; mix well. Stir in undrained clams; cook until mixture thickens.
  4. Divide among 4 large baking shells.
  5. Combine the rest of the crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 15 minutes.
