Sweet-Sour Turkey Breast

  1. Put turkey breast into small bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce to moisten, ginger, cornstarch and m.s.g.
  3. Marinate about 1/2 hour.
  4. Brown turkey in a little oil.
  5. Remove from pan.
  6. Spoon off excess oil. Into pan, add brown sugar, vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, juice from pineapple and ginger root.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Turn down heat and simmer a minute or so.
  9. Add cornstarch which has been dissolved in a little cold water.
  10. Add sliced green pepper, carrots and browned meat.
  11. Cook a couple of minutes.
  12. Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
  13. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  14. Serve over rice.
