Albacore Fettucine

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender; remove with slotted spoon and place in serving bowl. Add fettucine to same pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and add to broccoli.
  3. Mix in tuna.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and cook in same pot, stirring, until sauce is smooth and heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss.
  7. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
