Chicken Spaghetti(Feeds 15 People)
- 1 cooked chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces (save broth)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 8 oz. processed cheese spread, cut into cubes
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- spaghetti (cooked in saved broth and water)
- Saute onion and bell pepper. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Stir in soups, milk and water.
- Cook until mixture is smooth.
- Add cheese, stir constantly, until cheese melts.
- Add cut up chicken and cook over low heat until hot through and through.
- Pour chicken mixture over cooked spaghetti.
