Cranberry Crumb Cake
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) butter pecan pudding
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. jelly cranberry sauce (8 oz.), diced in small cubes
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in small bowl.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil and eggs in large bowl.
- Blend for 4 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Dice cranberry sauce and sprinkle evenly on top of batter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes.
- Carefully remove partially baked cake from oven and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Bake 10 minutes longer.
- Remove from pan and turn crumb side up.
