Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Tear bread into crumbs.
  3. Beat eggs slightly.
  4. Add chuck and mix lightly.
  5. Add crumbs, onion and pepper.
  6. Mix lightly to keep juicy.
  7. Add milk, salt, mustard, pepper, 1/4 cup catsup and Worcestershire.
  8. Mix lightly.
  9. Put into shallow baking pan.
  10. Make 2 grooves on top of loaf and fill with remaining catsup.
  11. Bake 50 minutes.
  12. Makes 8 servings.
