Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie
- 3 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine (do not use whipped)
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip, prepared according to directions on pkg.
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 can Lucky Leaf blueberry pie filling
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar.
- Melt margarine and add to graham cracker mixture.
- Mix together well and press 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13 -inch pan.
- Set remainder aside. After preparing Dream Whip according to directions on package, add cream cheese and beat together until well blended.
- Spread 1/2 of Dream Whip mixture over graham crackers in pan.
- Set remainder aside.
- Spread blueberries on Dream Whip mixture.
- Spread remainder of Dream Whip mixture over blueberries.
- Sprinkle remainder of graham cracker mixture over Dream Whip mixture and press lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
