Strawberry Angel Dessert

  1. Dissolve gelatin
  2. in boiling water.
  3. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Slice strawberries, reserving a few for garnish, if desired, and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Blend whipped topping
  6. into
  7. gelatin;
  8. then
  9. fold
  10. in cake cubes and strawberries.
  11. Spoon into 10-inch tube pan or 13 x 9-inch cake pan; chill
  12. until
  13. firm,
  14. about
  15. 3
  16. hours.
  17. Unmold or cut into squares.
  18. Garnish
  19. with
  20. additional
  21. whipped
  22. topping
  23. and the reserved strawberries.
  24. Makes 10 cups or 12 to 15 servings.
