Meat And Spaghetti Casserole
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 small jar green olives
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- Cook onions, peppers and hamburger until brown; drain.
- Add ketchup and 3 tablespoons of juice from olives.
- Let meat mixture cook on low for about 30 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- In 2-quart casserole dish put a layer of spaghetti and a layer of the meat mixture.
- Pour soup over meat. Then, another layer of the spaghetti and meat mixture.
- Place cheese on top.
- Cut olives in slices and add to top of cheese. Bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
