Not For Wimps Chili

  1. Combine dry spices and set aside.
  2. Brown onions in olive oil, remove.
  3. Brown meat, remove.
  4. Add dry spices to pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Add broth, tomato sauce, beer, meat, onions, and tomatoes with green chiles.
  6. Stir and cook slowly for 2 hours or more until meat is nice and tender.
  7. Taste before adding salt.
  8. Serve with shredded cheddar, crackers, or diced green onions on top.
