Garlic Herb Chicken Supreme
- 4 split chicken breasts (cut in half) or 8 breast pieces
- 1 can mushrooms (small) or fresh
- 1/2 large onion sliced
- 1/4 pkg. bacon diced
- season salts, (garlic and herbs)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Poultry seasoning
- Basil
- Spray cake size pan with Pam. Put chicken in pan, sprinkle with garlic and herb seasonings. Bake 350u0b0 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, saute bacon, onion, mushrooms.
- When almost done add garlic.
- Place spoonfuls of bacon mixture on each piece of chicken.
- Add spoonfuls of sour cream, 1/2 piece Swiss cheese and top with both soups.
- Sprinkle with basil, thyme, poultry seasoning and rosemary.
- Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes more.
