Potato Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c. green pepper
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 2 instant beef bouillon
• 1 1/4 c. water
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
• 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
• 8 slices cheese, cut in half
• lettuce and tomato (optional)

1. Preheat oven
2. to 350u0b0.tn a medium bowl, combine meat, crumbs, 1

6. onion and bouillon; mix well. Use as a shell in a 9-inch pan; bake for 10 minutes.
7. Pour off fat. Int

10. heat water, butter and salt to boiling. Remove
11. from heat; add sour cream and potato flakes. Stir in 1 egg and 1/2 of cheese;
12. spoon into shell.
13. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand
