One World Everything-Cookie Bars For A Crowd

• MAIN COOKIE INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs softened butter
• 4 cups sugar
• 4 cups brown sugar
• 8 whole eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 7 cups flour
• 10 cups oats
• EVERYTHING INGREDIENTS
• MIX 6-7 cups of any of the following
• chocolate chips
• raisins
• dried fruit
• seeds
• nuts
• coconut

1. PREHEAT OVEN to 350 degrees.
2. CREAM butter and sugars.
3. ADD eggs, baking powder, soda and salt.
4. ADD flour and oats.
5. MIX in the "everything" ingredients.
6. PAT into three 8 by12-inch baking pans.
7. BAKE at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
