Ham-It-Up Snacks
- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 thin slices (4 x 7-inch) or the equivalent of ham sliced lunchmeat
- 4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded natural Swiss cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Unroll dough into four long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Place ham slices on rectangle. Spread ham slices with mustard; sprinkle with cheese.
- Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.
- Coat rolls with sesame seed.
- Cut each roll into 5 pieces, forming 20 slices in all.
- Place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
- Serve warm.
- Can be reheated.
- Wrap in foil; heat at 375u0b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Can be prepared ahead of time, covered and refrigerated.
