Italiano Meat Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Brown beef in a large skillet.
  3. Drain. Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.
  5. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese over the bottom of the frozen pie shell.
  7. Add 1/2 the meat mixture in pie shell.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese over this and layer remaining meat and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake on a cookie sheet 15 minutes.
  10. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
  11. Return to oven until cheese melts.
