Trimmed-Down Taco Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a 10-inch deep dish style microwave-safe pie plate, combine ground beef, green pepper and onion.
  3. Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once to break meat apart.
  4. Remove from microwave and drain.
  5. Add beans, tomato sauce, salsa and chili powder; mix well and set aside.
