Baked Mash Squash(A Thanksgiving Day Favorite)

  1. Cook, drain and mash potatoes until smooth.
  2. Mix cream cheese with sour cream, onion salt and pepper.
  3. Beat into potatoes until fluffy.
  4. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  5. Place in greased, 2-quart casserole.
  6. Cool and cover tightly.
