Deep Dish Peaches And Cream

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk.
  2. Pour into 10-inch casserole (greased).
  3. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
  4. Place peach slices over batter. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice with cream cheese.
  5. Spread over peaches.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon over.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with ice cream.
