Deep Dish Peaches And Cream
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk.
- Pour into 10-inch casserole (greased).
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
- Place peach slices over batter. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice with cream cheese.
- Spread over peaches.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon over.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
